How I work with you

I have experience working with adults and young adults on a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, grief and loss, self harm, sexuality and life transitions.
I have also enjoyed working in a school setting, supporting children and adolescents aged 7-17 years.
​I offer positive, warm, professional support, either short term or longer term.
